What this part is
The loudspeaker at the bottom of the Samsung Galaxy S25+ plays ringtones, alarms, music, videos and speakerphone calls. Water, dust or a drop can damage it, so sound becomes quiet, crackly or stops completely, while calls through the earpiece still work.
This replacement is the complete loudspeaker module. The phone must be opened from the back, so the job needs heat, the right tools and new adhesive. Before ordering, clean the speaker grille gently and check the volume and Do Not Disturb settings.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S25+ and the model number should be SM-S936B. The model number is also printed on the box.
The Galaxy S25+ has a 6.7-inch screen and three rear cameras. The standard Galaxy S25 is smaller, with a 6.2-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Galaxy S25+ off, remove the SIM tray and warm the edges of the back glass to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back glass, remove the screws and covers, and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the screws holding the loudspeaker module and lift the old speaker out.
- Fit the new loudspeaker, reconnect the battery and test ringtone, media and speakerphone before sealing.
- Refit the covers and screws, apply new adhesive and press the back glass down evenly while it cures.
- Run a final check on the Galaxy S25+: calls, signal, speakers, buttons, cameras and charging.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy S25+?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows model number SM-S936B. It does not fit the Galaxy S25, S25 Ultra, S25 Edge or any other model.
Does it fit the Galaxy S25?
No. The standard Galaxy S25 (SM-S931B) is smaller and uses different internal parts. This part is for the Galaxy S25+ (SM-S936B) only.
Does this fix the earpiece I hear calls through?
No. This is the bottom loudspeaker for ringtones, media and speakerphone. The earpiece at the top of the phone is a separate part.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Galaxy S25+, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Opening a Galaxy S25+ means heating and lifting the back glass, disconnecting the battery safely and resealing with new adhesive.
