What this part is
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a loudspeaker for ringtones, media and speakerphone, and an earpiece for normal calls. This assembly covers both speakers and their flex, so it suits phones where sound has failed in more than one place, for example after liquid damage.
Before ordering, clean the speaker grilles gently and check volume and Do Not Disturb settings. The phone opens from the back, so the job needs heat, the right tools and new adhesive.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S25 Ultra and the model number should be SM-S938B. The model number is also printed on the box.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a 6.9-inch screen, four rear cameras and a built-in S Pen. It looks like the Galaxy S24 Ultra, so check that the model code is SM-S938B, not SM-S928B.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Galaxy S25 Ultra off, remove the SIM tray and warm the edges of the back glass to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back glass, remove the screws and covers, and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the covers over both speakers, disconnect the old flex and lift the old parts out.
- Fit the new assembly, reconnect the flex and battery, then test ringtone, media and a normal call before sealing.
- Refit the covers and screws, apply new adhesive and press the back glass down evenly while it cures.
- Run a final check on the Galaxy S25 Ultra: calls, signal, speakers, buttons, cameras and charging.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. The Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S928B) looks similar but its internal parts are different. This part is for the Galaxy S25 Ultra (SM-S938B) only.
Does this cover both the loudspeaker and the earpiece?
