A Galaxy S26 Ultra can lose its SIM tray during a case change or a repair, and a tray that is forced in the wrong way can bend. Without a straight, well-fitting tray the SIM may not touch the reader properly and the phone shows No SIM.
This tray is shaped for the Galaxy S26 Ultra SM-S948B and holds two nano SIM cards. It slides in from the edge of the phone with just the eject pin, so no opening is needed.

Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S26 Ultra, not Galaxy S26 or Galaxy S26+. The model number should read SM-S948B.

- Power off the Galaxy S26 Ultra before you start.
- Push the eject pin straight into the small hole beside the tray and slide the old tray out.
- Place your SIM card(s) in the new tray, gold contacts facing down, matching the cut corner.
- Slide the tray back in gently, the right way up, until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power on and check the phone detects each SIM and shows signal.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
