What this part is
Dual SIM Galaxy S9 and S9+ phones use a longer tray with two card spaces. If the tray is lost or bent, the second SIM or the memory card may not be read, or the tray may not lock into the frame.
This dual SIM tray slides straight into the top edge of the phone. There is no need to open the phone. It is offered in Blue, Black, Grey, Purple and Rose Gold.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone (on a tablet: Settings › About tablet). The model number should start SM-G960 (S9) or SM-G965 (S9+) and end /DS. Settings › Connections › SIM card manager shows two SIM slots on dual SIM phones.
If there is no /DS on your model number, you need the single SIM tray.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Release any old tray from the top edge with a SIM eject pin.
- Place your SIM cards, or one SIM and a Micro SD card, on the new tray.
- Slide the tray in level until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power on and check both SIMs, or the SIM and memory card, are detected.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy S9 or S9+?
Yes, if it is the dual SIM version, with a model number ending /DS. The same tray is listed for the S9 and the S9+.
Does it fit a single SIM S9?
No. Single SIM phones need our single SIM tray. A dual SIM tray will not give a single SIM phone a second SIM slot.
Can I use two SIMs and a memory card?
No. The second space is shared, so you can use two SIM cards, or one SIM and one Micro SD card.
Is it made by Samsung?
