What this part is
The Xperia 10 V has a 6.1-inch OLED screen, joined to the main board by a thin flex cable. After a drop, water damage or an earlier repair, this cable or its connector can be damaged. The screen may then stay black, flicker or show lines while the phone still rings and vibrates.
This part replaces the flex cable only, not the screen. If the glass is cracked or the display shows black ink-like patches, the screen itself is at fault and a new cable will not help.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model should read Xperia 10 V and the model number should be XQ-DC54. Compare your old cable with the photos before fitting.
The Xperia 10 V has a 6.1-inch OLED screen and three rear cameras. The Xperia 10 VI has two.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover to soften the adhesive and lift it off carefully.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Unclip the old flex cable and fit the new one in the same position.
- Reconnect the battery and test the display before closing.
- Refit the back cover with new adhesive and run a final check.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Xperia 10 V?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Xperia 10 V (model XQ-DC54). It does not fit the Xperia 10 IV or 10 VI.
Does it fit the Xperia 10 VI?
No. The Xperia 10 VI has a different internal layout. This cable is for the Xperia 10 V only.
Will a new flex cable fix a cracked screen?
No. The cable only carries the display signal. If the glass or panel is damaged, the screen needs replacing.
Is it made by Sony?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality LCD flex cable made to fit the Sony Xperia 10 V, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back cover is glued on and needs heat to remove, and the battery must be disconnected first.
