How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model should read Xperia E5 and the model number should be F3311 or F3313.
The Xperia E5 has a 5-inch screen. This tray also fits the Xperia XA.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Remove the old tray from its slot.
- Clear any broken pieces left in the slot.
- Place your cards in the new tray, gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray in gently until it sits flush.
- Power on and check the phone reads the SIM and memory card.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
