Open Settings › About phone. The model should read Xperia Z3 Compact, and the model number should be D5803 or D5833. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Xperia Z3 Compact has a 4.6-inch screen. The full-size Xperia Z3 is larger, with a 5.2-inch screen.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover to soften the adhesive and lift it off carefully.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Unclip the old antenna cable from its connectors and route.
- Fit the new cable along the same path and press the connectors on firmly.
- Reconnect the battery, check signal, then seal the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
