What this part is
The A53, A73 and A33 were all sold with AMOLED screens. This replacement uses a TFT LCD panel instead, which keeps the cost low. Colours and blacks look less deep than AMOLED and the screen is slightly thicker, but it restores a clear, working display and touch.
Because it is an LCD, fingerprint identification through the screen is not supported. Face recognition, PIN and pattern unlock still work. Each option comes fitted to a new mid-frame for that model, so the internal parts are moved across and the old frame is not reused.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy A53 5G, A73 5G or A33 5G. The model number starts SM-A.
Match the model number to the option: SM-A536B (A53), SM-A736B (A73) or SM-A336B (A33).
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover and lift it away, then disconnect the battery.
- Transfer the battery, boards, cameras and speaker into the new frame.
- Connect the TFT screen and test display and touch before sealing.
- Refit the back cover with new adhesive.
- Set up face recognition or a PIN, as fingerprint through the screen is not supported.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will the fingerprint sensor work?
No. This TFT LCD does not support in-screen fingerprint identification. Use face recognition, PIN or pattern instead.
