The main loudspeaker in the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G sits at the bottom of the phone and plays ringtones, alerts, media and hands-free calls. Water, dust and high volume can damage the speaker, so the sound becomes quiet, distorted or stops.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Mi 10 Lite 5G. The model number (M2002J9G) is shown in Settings › About phone › Detailed info and specs and on the box. Compare your old speaker with the photos before fitting.
The Mi 10 Lite 5G has a 6.57-inch AMOLED screen with a small teardrop notch. The Mi 10T Lite 5G is a different phone with a hole-punch LCD screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back glass to soften the adhesive and lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and the lower cover, then disconnect the battery.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker and fit the new one in the same position.
- Refit the lower cover and screws, reconnect the battery and test the sound.
- Refit the back glass with new adhesive and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
