What this part is
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G plays ringtones, alarms, media and speakerphone calls through its loudspeaker module. Dust, liquid, a drop or long use at high volume can damage the speaker, so the sound becomes quiet, crackly or stops altogether.
This part replaces the loudspeaker module. Before ordering, clean the speaker grille gently and check that the phone is not connected to a Bluetooth device, as these cause many sound problems. The earpiece you hold to your ear on calls is a separate part.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Mi 11 Lite 5G. The model number (for example M2101K9G) is shown under All specs and on the phone's box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G has a flat 6.55-inch AMOLED screen and three rear cameras with a 64MP main camera. The standard Mi 11 is larger, with a curved 6.81-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and warm the back cover edges to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back cover carefully and disconnect the battery first.
- Remove the screws and lift out the old loudspeaker module.
- Fit the new loudspeaker in the same position and tighten the screws.
- Reconnect the battery and test ringtones, media and speakerphone before closing.
- Apply new adhesive, refit the back cover and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
