What this part is
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro plays ringtones, alarms, media and speakerphone calls through its loudspeaker module. Dust, liquid, a drop or long use at high volume can damage the speaker, so the sound becomes quiet, crackly or stops altogether.
This part replaces the loudspeaker module. Before ordering, clean the speaker grille gently and check that the phone is not connected to a Bluetooth device, as these cause many sound problems. The earpiece you hold to your ear on calls is a separate part.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Mi 11 Pro. The model number (for example M2102K1AC) is shown under All specs and on the phone's box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro has a 6.81-inch curved AMOLED screen and a large rectangular camera bump with a 50MP main camera. The Mi 11 Ultra looks similar but has a small second screen in its camera bump.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and warm the back cover edges to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back cover carefully and disconnect the battery first.
- Remove the screws and lift out the old loudspeaker module.
- Fit the new loudspeaker in the same position and tighten the screws.
- Reconnect the battery and test ringtones, media and speakerphone before closing.
- Apply new adhesive, refit the back cover and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the Mi 11 Ultra?
No. This loudspeaker is made for the Mi 11 Pro only. The Mi 11 Ultra uses a different part, so check Settings › About phone before ordering.
Will this fix the sound on phone calls?
It fixes the loudspeaker used for ringtones, media and speakerphone. If you cannot hear the caller with the phone held to your ear, that is the earpiece, which is a separate part.
Is it made by Xiaomi?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back cover is glued on and the battery must be disconnected safely before the speaker is removed.
