The rear cameras on the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra sit behind a protective glass lens. When this glass cracks or chips, photos can look hazy, show flare or lose focus, and dust or moisture can reach the camera modules underneath.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Mi 11 Ultra. The model number (for example M2102K1G) is shown under All specs and on the phone's box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has a 6.81-inch curved AMOLED screen and a wide camera bump with three cameras and a small rear display. The Mi 11 Pro has a similar bump but no rear display.

- Power the phone off and warm the camera area gently to soften the adhesive.
- Remove the broken lens carefully, taking care not to damage the cameras or the small rear display.
- Clean away all old adhesive, glass fragments and dust.
- Fit the new lens using the adhesive and press evenly for a firm seal.
- Test every rear camera, including zoom and focus, before handing the phone back.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
