What this part is
The loudspeaker in the Xiaomi Poco F3 GT plays ringtones, alarms, media and speakerphone calls. Water, dust and drops can damage the speaker cone or its contacts, which leads to crackling, buzzing, very low volume or no sound at all.
This part replaces the speaker module. Before ordering, check that the speaker grille is clean and test with a different app, as blocked grilles and software settings can also cause low volume. If the sound fails only on calls held to the ear, the earpiece speaker is a separate part.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read POCO F3 GT. The model number is shown under Settings › About phone › All specs. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Poco F3 GT is a gaming phone with magnetic pop-up shoulder triggers. The standard Poco F3 does not have these triggers.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the Xiaomi Poco F3 GT back cover and lift it off slowly with a thin pick.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Remove the screws holding the speaker module and lift it out.
- Fit the new speaker, making sure the contacts and any gasket sit flat.
- Reconnect the battery, test ringtone, media and speakerphone sound, then close the phone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. This loudspeaker is listed for the Poco F3 GT, a different phone from the standard Poco F3. Check the device name before ordering.
Will it fix sound on normal calls?
Only if you hear the problem on speakerphone. Sound on calls held to the ear comes from the earpiece speaker, which is a separate part.
Is it made by Xiaomi?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker module made to fit the Xiaomi Poco F3 GT, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back cover is glued and needs heat to remove, and the battery must be disconnected first.
