What this part is
On the Xiaomi Poco F8 Ultra the USB-C socket is soldered to a small sub-board at the bottom of the phone. The board links to the main board through a flex cable. Worn pins, a loose socket or corrosion from damp can stop the phone charging or make the cable connection unreliable.
This part replaces the whole sub-board, so no soldering is needed. It comes with the charging IC fitted and supporting fast charging. Before ordering, clean the socket with a non-metal pick and try a different cable and plug, as lint in the port is a common cause of charging problems.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read POCO F8 Ultra. The model number is shown under Settings › About phone › All specs. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Check the name carefully, as the Poco F8 Ultra and Poco F8 Pro are different phones with different parts.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the Xiaomi Poco F8 Ultra back cover to soften the adhesive and lift it off slowly with a thin pick.
- Remove the screws and plate over the lower board, then disconnect the battery first.
- Unplug the main flex and any antenna cable, then lift out the old charging board.
- Fit the new board, reconnect everything and reconnect the battery last.
- Test charging with a known-good cable before sealing the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my POCO F8 Ultra?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows POCO F8 Ultra. It matches model 25102PCBEG. It does not fit the Poco F8 Pro, Poco F7 Ultra or Poco F8.
Does it fit the Poco F8 Pro?
No. The Poco F8 Pro is a different phone with its own charging board. This board is for the Poco F8 Ultra only.
Will fast charging work?
It is made to support fast charging. You still need a compatible fast charger and cable, and a worn battery or main board fault can still limit charging speed.
Is it made by Xiaomi?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board made to fit the Xiaomi Poco F8 Ultra, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back cover is glued on and needs heat to remove, and the battery must be disconnected before the board is changed.
