What this part is
The Pixel 3 has front-facing stereo speakers. This part is the lower loudspeaker, which plays ringtones, alerts, media sound and speakerphone calls. Liquid, dust and drops can damage it, so sound becomes quiet, distorted or rattly, or stops.
Before ordering, check the speaker grille is clean and that sound is not going to a Bluetooth device. The earpiece at the top for normal calls is a separate part.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Pixel 3, not Pixel 3 XL or Pixel 3a. The model code is printed on the box and in Settings › About phone › Regulatory labels.
The Pixel 3 has a 5.5-inch screen. The Pixel 3 XL is larger, with a 6.3-inch screen and a notch.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Pixel 3 off and warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the OLED screen carefully and disconnect the battery.
- Remove the screws and brackets over the loudspeaker and lift out the old unit.
- Fit the new loudspeaker and refit the brackets and screws.
- Reconnect the battery and play a sound test before sealing.
- Apply new adhesive, close the phone and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Pixel 3?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Pixel 3. It does not fit the Pixel 3 XL, Pixel 3a or Pixel 2.
Does it fit the Pixel 3 XL?
No. The Pixel 3 XL uses a different loudspeaker. This part is made only for the Pixel 3.
Will this fix no sound during normal calls?
No. Normal calls use the earpiece at the top. This part fixes the lower loudspeaker used for ringtones, media and speakerphone.
Is it made by Google?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Pixel 3, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Opening a Pixel 3 means lifting the glued-in OLED screen, which needs heat, the right tools and new adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected safely.
