The Huawei Mate 20 has three rear cameras in a square layout on the back. A drop or liquid can damage a camera module, so the camera app shows black, the picture shakes, or photos stay blurred when the glass is clean.
This part is a rear camera module for the Mate 20. Compare the photos with your old module before fitting. If photos look hazy but the camera focuses, the camera glass may be cracked instead, and that is a separate part.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Mate 20, not a Pro, Lite or other version. The model code (HMA-L09 or HMA-L29) is shown under Settings › About phone › Model.
The Mate 20 has a 6.53-inch screen with a small teardrop notch and a rear fingerprint sensor. The Mate 20 Pro has a curved screen, a wide notch and an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the glass back, open it and disconnect the battery.
- Remove the cover over the camera and disconnect the old camera.
- Fit the new camera, press the connector on firmly and check it sits flat.
- Reconnect the battery and test photos, focus and video in each camera mode.
- Reassemble, reseal the back and run a final check.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Mate 20?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Mate 20. It is made for models HMA-L09 and HMA-L29. It does not fit the Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 Lite, Mate 20 X.
Does it fit the Mate 20 Pro?
No. The Mate 20 Pro has different cameras. This part is for the standard Mate 20 only.
Will it fix hazy photos?
Only if the camera module is at fault. If the camera glass on the back is cracked or scratched, replace the lens glass instead.
Is it made by Huawei?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality rear camera made to fit the Huawei Mate 20, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Mate 20 back is glued glass, the battery must be disconnected, and camera connectors are delicate.
