What this part is
The Huawei P Smart 2021 charges through a USB-C port at the bottom of the phone. Daily plugging in, pocket lint and drops wear the port, and the charger may only work at an angle or stop working altogether.
This is the complete charging port board with the port already fitted, so the whole board is swapped as one part. If the phone still does not charge with a new part and a known good cable, the battery, charger or main board may be at fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read P Smart 2021. The model number is shown on the same screen.
The P Smart 2021 has a 6.67-inch screen and a USB-C port. Earlier P Smart models use micro USB.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Huawei P Smart 2021 off and remove the SIM or card tray.
- Warm the back cover to soften the adhesive and lift it off carefully with a plastic opening tool.
- Remove any screws and covers over the battery connector, then disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Unplug the flex cable and remove the old charging port part.
- Fit the new part, reconnect the flex cable firmly and refit the screws and covers.
- Reconnect the battery, test charging with a known good cable, then reseal with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Huawei P Smart 2021?
Yes, if your device shows Huawei P Smart 2021. It does not fit the P Smart 2020, P Smart 2019, P Smart Z.
Does it fit the P Smart 2020?
No. The P Smart 2020 uses a different board with a micro USB port. This board is for the P Smart 2021 only.
Do I need to solder anything?
No. The port comes already fitted, and the part connects with a flex cable connector and screws.
Is it made by Huawei?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board made to fit the Huawei P Smart 2021, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Huawei P Smart 2021 has to be opened with heat and plastic tools, and the battery must be disconnected before the new part is connected.
