What this part is
On the LG G7 ThinQ the charging port is built into a flex cable that runs along the bottom of the phone and connects to the main board. Daily plugging in, pocket lint and drops wear the port out, and the phone stops charging reliably.
This is the complete charging port flex cable, so the port is replaced together with its cable and no soldering is needed. If the phone still does not charge with a new part and a known good cable, the battery or main board may be at fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › System › About phone and check the model number. This flex is for the US version of the G7 ThinQ.
Many G7 ThinQ phones sold in the UK are the European G710EM. Compare the photos with your old part before ordering.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the LG G7 ThinQ off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover edges gently and lift it off with a plastic opening tool and suction cup.
- Remove the screws holding the inner cover, then disconnect the battery connector before touching any other part.
- Remove the lower inner cover and unplug the charging port flex from the main board.
- Peel the old flex away, fit the new one in the same position and reconnect it.
- Refit the covers, reconnect the battery, apply new back adhesive and test charging.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my LG G7 ThinQ?
It fits the US version of the G7 ThinQ. Check the model number in Settings › System › About phone and compare the photos with your old part.
Does it fit the European G710EM?
It is listed for the US version only. The European version may use a different charging flex, so check your old part first.
Does it keep the phone water resistant?
The part fits the same as before, but water resistance depends on the back cover seal. Fit new adhesive when closing the phone.
