What this part is
The Moto G8 Power loudspeaker plays ringtones, alarms, music and speakerphone audio. Drops, liquid and dust can damage the speaker cone, which makes sound crackle, rattle or disappear.
Before you order, clean the speaker grille gently and check the volume and Do Not Disturb settings. If sound is still poor while headphones work normally, the loudspeaker is usually the fault. This part does not change the earpiece you hold to your ear during calls.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Moto G8 Power, not Moto G8 Power Lite or Moto G8. The model number is also shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover edges and lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and lower cover, then disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker from the bottom of the Moto G8 Power.
- Fit the new speaker, reconnect the battery and test ringtones and media sound.
- Refit the covers and screws, apply new back cover adhesive and press it down evenly.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Moto G8 Power?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Moto G8 Power. It does not fit the Moto G8 Power Lite, Moto G8 or any other model.
Does it fit the Moto G8 Power Lite?
No. The Moto G8 Power Lite is a different phone and its parts are not the same. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Will this fix sound during normal calls?
No. Normal calls use the earpiece at the top of the phone. This part fixes the bottom loudspeaker used for ringtones, media and speakerphone.
Is it made by Motorola?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Motorola Moto G8 Power, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back cover needs heat and new adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected safely first.
