What this part is
On the OnePlus 9RT 5G, the USB-C charging port is not soldered to the main board. It comes on a flex cable with the USB-C charging port fitted, which connects to the main board inside the phone. If the port is worn, bent or corroded, the whole part is replaced.
A new port usually fixes charging that only works at an angle, a cable that falls out, or a phone that is no longer seen by a computer. Try a different cable and plug first, and clean out any fluff from the port, before replacing it. If the phone still will not charge with a new port, the battery or charging circuit on the main board may be at fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads OnePlus 9RT 5G, not OnePlus 9R. The model code (MT2110, MT2111) is shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Open the back of the phone following the correct method for this model.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Unscrew and lift out the old charging port flex, noting how the cables are routed.
- Fit the new charging port flex and reconnect every cable.
- Reconnect the battery and test charging and USB data before closing the phone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my 9RT 5G?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows OnePlus 9RT 5G. The supplier lists it for model codes MT2110, MT2111. It does not fit the OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 9 or OnePlus 9 Pro.
Does it fit the OnePlus 9R?
No. The OnePlus 9R is a different phone and uses a different part. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Will a new charging port fix my phone not charging?
It will if the port is worn, bent or damaged. Try a different cable and plug first, and clean the port carefully. If the phone still will not charge, the battery or main board may be at fault.
