What this part is
On the OPPO A15 and OPPO A15s, the USB-C charging port is not soldered to the main board. It comes on a small board with the USB-C charging port fitted, which connects to the main board inside the phone. If the port is worn, bent or corroded, the whole part is replaced.
A new port usually fixes charging that only works at an angle, a cable that falls out, or a phone that is no longer seen by a computer. Try a different cable and plug first, and clean out any fluff from the port, before replacing it. If the phone still will not charge with a new port, the battery or charging circuit on the main board may be at fault.

Is this the right part?
Signs it needs replacing

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone (on OPPO: Settings › About device) and check the model name reads OPPO A15, or OPPO A15s, not OPPO A53. The model code (CPH2185, CPH2179) is shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Open the back of the phone following the correct method for this model.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Unscrew and lift out the old charging port board, noting how the cables are routed.
- Fit the new charging port board and reconnect every cable.
- Reconnect the battery and test charging and USB data before closing the phone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my OPPO A15?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows OPPO A15 or OPPO A15s. The supplier lists it for model codes CPH2185, CPH2179. It does not fit the OPPO A53, OPPO A54 or OPPO A74.
Does it fit the OPPO A54?
No. The OPPO A54 is a different phone and uses a different part. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Will a new charging port fix my phone not charging?
It will if the port is worn, bent or damaged. Try a different cable and plug first, and clean the port carefully. If the phone still will not charge, the battery or main board may be at fault.
Is it made by OPPO?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board made to fit the OPPO A15, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The A15 must be opened, the battery disconnected safely and small connectors handled with care.
