What this part is
The charging port on the Realme 2 wears with daily plugging in, and lint, moisture or a bent cable can damage the pins. When that happens the phone may stop charging, charge only when the cable is held, or not be seen by a computer.
This part is the charging port board. The board also carries parts of the charging circuit, so the whole board is replaced as one piece. If the phone still will not charge with a new port and a good cable, the battery or main board may be at fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone (called About device on some versions) and check the model name reads Realme 2, not Realme 2 Pro. The model code is also shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Remove the back cover (warm it first if it is glued) and open the phone carefully.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the covers over the charging board, then disconnect and remove the old part.
- Fit the new board, reconnect all flex cables and the battery.
- Test charging, the microphone and a data connection before closing.
- Refit the covers and back cover, then run a final check.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my Realme 2?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Realme 2. It does not fit the Realme 2 Pro or Realme C1.
Does it fit the Realme 2 Pro?
No. The Realme 2 Pro is a different phone and uses different parts. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Should I clean the port first?
Yes. Lint in the port is a common cause of charging faults. Try a known good cable and clean the port gently with a wooden or plastic pick before replacing the board.
Is it made by Realme?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board made to fit the Realme 2, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Realme 2 has to be opened, the battery disconnected safely and several small flex cables reconnected.
