The loudspeaker on the Realme C30 sits at the bottom of the phone and plays ringtones, alarms, media and speakerphone calls. Drops, liquid and dust can damage the speaker cone, making the sound crackle, distort or cut out.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Realme C30, not Realme C31 or Realme C33. The model number is shown there too. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Open the back cover carefully with a plastic pick.
- Remove the screws and lower cover, then disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker module from the bottom of the Realme C30.
- Fit the new speaker, reconnect the battery and test ringtones, media and speakerphone.
- Refit the cover and screws, then refit the back cover and press it down evenly.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Only on speakerphone. Normal calls held to the ear use the earpiece speaker at the top of the phone, which is a separate part.

Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back of the Realme C30 must come off and the battery must be disconnected safely before the speaker is changed.
