The earpiece speaker sits at the top of the Galaxy A33 5G, behind the grille above the screen. It only plays call audio when you hold the phone to your ear. Dust, liquid or a drop can make it quiet, distorted or silent.
Before you order, clean the grille gently with a soft brush and check call audio on speakerphone. If speakerphone is clear but the earpiece is not, this part is the usual fix.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy A33 5G and the model number should start SM-A336B. It must not be the Galaxy A34 5G or Galaxy A53 5G.
Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover edges and lift it off carefully with a thin pick.
- Remove the screws and plastic cover plate, then disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the top cover plate and lift the old earpiece speaker out of its seat.
- Place the new earpiece in the same position, making sure its contacts line up.
- Refit the cover plate, reconnect the battery and make a test call before closing.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. The Galaxy A34 5G is a different phone and its parts are not the same. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Is this the speaker for calls or for music?
This is the earpiece speaker at the top, used for phone calls. Music, ringtones and speakerphone come from the loudspeaker at the bottom.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality earpiece speaker made to fit the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
