What this part is
The power and volume buttons on the Samsung Galaxy A71 press small switches mounted on a flex cable inside the right-hand side of the frame. When a switch wears out or the flex is damaged, the button stops clicking or only responds now and then.
This one flex carries all three side switches. Replacing it restores a firm click and a reliable response. The outer button caps usually stay in the frame; check the photos for what is included.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Galaxy A71. The model number should start SM-A715. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover evenly to soften the adhesive, then lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and inner panel, then disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Peel the old button flex off the frame and press the new one into the same position.
- Reconnect the battery and test power, volume up and volume down.
- Refit the inner panel and screws, then seal the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy A71?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy A71 (model SM-A715). It does not fit the Galaxy A71 5G, A70 or A72.
Does it fit the Galaxy A72?
No. The Galaxy A72 has a different frame and flex. Only order this for the Galaxy A71 (SM-A715).
Does it include the outer buttons?
Check the photos. This part is the flex cable with the switches. Your existing button caps usually stay in the frame.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality button flex cable made to fit the Samsung Galaxy A71, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The glass back cover is glued in place and needs gentle heat, the battery must be disconnected first, and the small flex connectors are easy to damage.
