How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The name should read Galaxy Note 9 and the model number should start SM-N960. This part is listed for the EU version SM-N960F. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Galaxy Note 9 has a curved 6.4-inch screen, two rear cameras side by side and the fingerprint sensor below the cameras. The Note 8 has its fingerprint sensor next to the cameras.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover to soften the adhesive and lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and the upper inner panel, then disconnect the battery.
- Unplug the old front camera and lift it out.
- Fit the new camera, reconnect it and the battery, and test the front camera.
- Refit the inner panels and seal the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Note 9?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy Note 9 (model SM-N960F). It does not fit the Galaxy Note 8, Note 10, S9+.
Does it fit the Galaxy Note 8?
No. The Note 8 looks similar but has a different internal layout. This part is for the Galaxy Note 9 only.
Does it fit the US Note 9 (SM-N960U)?
It is listed for the EU version (SM-N960F). US versions may use a different module, so compare your old part with the photos first.
