How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The name should read Galaxy S20 FE and the model number should start SM-G780 or SM-G781. This part is listed for the SM-G781 (5G) model. If yours starts SM-G780, compare the part with the photos. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Galaxy S20 FE has a flat 6.5-inch screen and three rear cameras in a square block. The standard S20 is smaller at 6.2 inches with curved edges.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover to soften the adhesive and lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and the upper inner panel.
- Disconnect the battery, then lift out the old earpiece speaker.
- Fit the new earpiece speaker and reconnect the battery.
- Make a test call, then refit the panel and seal the back cover.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
