What this part is
The earpiece speaker sits at the top of the Galaxy S25+, behind the thin grille above the screen. You hear callers through it when the phone is at your ear, and it also helps with stereo sound. If it is damaged by liquid or a drop, calls can sound quiet, crackly or silent.
Before buying, clean the grille gently with a soft dry brush and check that call volume is turned up. If call audio is still poor, this part is the usual fix. It is a different part from the loudspeaker at the bottom of the phone.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S25+, and the model number starts SM-. This part is made for the SM-S936B.
The Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S24+ look very similar. Check the model number: the S25+ starts SM-S936.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, warm the back glass edges and lift the rear cover carefully.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the top bracket covering the earpiece speaker.
- Unplug and lift out the old earpiece speaker flex.
- Fit the new part, refit the bracket and reconnect the battery.
- Make a test call and check audio at the ear before closing.
- Refit the back cover with new adhesive and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy S25+?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy S25+ and the model number is SM-S936B. It does not fit the Galaxy S25 or Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Does it fit the Galaxy S24+?
No. The Galaxy S24+ uses a different earpiece speaker flex. This part is made only for the Galaxy S25+.
Does this fix the speaker at the bottom?
No. This is the earpiece at the top, used for calls. The bottom loudspeaker is a separate part.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality earpiece speaker flex made to fit the Samsung Galaxy S25+, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Opening a Galaxy S25+ needs heat, thin opening tools and new adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected safely.
