Open Settings › About phone. The model should read Xperia 5 IV and the model number should be XQ-CQ54. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Xperia 5 IV has a 6.1-inch OLED screen. The Xperia 1 IV is larger, with a 6.5-inch screen.
