What this part is
The Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra charges through a USB-C socket fitted on a small board at the bottom of the phone. A worn or dirty socket loses its grip on the cable, and the phone charges only some of the time.
The board comes complete, so no soldering is needed. Try a known-good cable and charger and clean the port gently first. If charging is still unreliable, the board should be replaced.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model should read Xperia XA2 Ultra, and the model number should be H3213, H3223, H4213 or H4233. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Xperia XA2 Ultra has a 6-inch screen and two front cameras. The standard XA2 is smaller, with a 5.2-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power off the phone and remove the SIM and card tray.
- Open the phone and disconnect the battery.
- Unplug and unscrew the old charging board.
- Fit the new board and reconnect every flex cable.
- Reconnect the battery and test charging and data.
- Close the phone and check charging once more.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
